Mr Kollere is currently the Managing Consultant for First Abuja Consulting Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Banking and Finance) from the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria, and a Master of Business Administration (International Banking and Finance) from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. He also has a certificate in Financial Modelling and Company Valuation Analysis from the Investment Banking Institute, Washington DC, USA, as well as a certificate in Infrastructure Project Finance from Euromoney Training, New York, USA.

He commenced his banking and financial career over 23 years ago, consulting in Afribank, First Abuja Finance & Investment Limited, Chartered Bank, Reliance Bank, Skye Bank, YMCA Consulting Limited, Heritage Bank, and Sou Sou Investment Limited. His areas of core competence include corporate and investment banking, financial advisory, trade finance, business development, financial inclusion, and public-private sector partnership.

Mr Kollere is a very committed professional and a member of notable professional bodies, including Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Center for Financial Inclusion, Washington DC and Advancing Digital Opportunities Foundation.
